CANCER CANKNOT warrants that its merchandise will be free of material defect on shipment. Please examine your purchase carefully. Any shipping damage must be reported to the shipper and us immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at email@example.com to report any damage or defect.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of machine-engraved items and an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items.
Shipping and Delivery
At this time, CANCER CANKNOT ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. To insure proper delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery can be expected within 10 business days upon placing the order for in-stock items. There may be additional delays in shipping if an item is out of stock, or is a custom order. You will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay. Please inquire prior to purchase if there a particular shipment date requested. We are not responsible for shipment delays.
CANCER CANKNOT charges sales tax for merchandise in accordance with applicable law.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STATES DO NOT PERMIT EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO CONSUMER GOODS AND SALES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON OTHER THAN MANUFACTURING DEFECT. If you believe your order is defective, please call customer service at : firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization Form. NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ARTICLES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. The item must be sent for CANCER CANKNOT inspection at customer’s expense. Cancer Canknot is not responsible for lost or stolen mail Items must be insured at customer expense. If CANCER CANKNOT determines that any order is defective, it will in its sole discretion repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price, including the original shipping and handling charges, if applicable. If the item is not defective, it will be returned to the customer at customer request and expense.
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Authorized Returns By Mail Prior to processing any returns, you must email email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Stock (non-custom) items may be returned for refund or exchange (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days of purchase of the item. Stock pieces may be returned for store credit only within 15-30 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are permitted after 30 days except for defective merchandise.
Return your package via the carrier of your choice, with return signature required. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed. You are responsible for the costs of return shipment unless returning a defective item.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days of our receipt of the returned item, which will show on your next statement or the statement after that, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card, we'll mail you a new Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card, the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
No refunds, returns or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days, or if either worn, damaged or if a custom order. Cancer Canknot reserves the right to change its payment, shipment and return policies and procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Site is accessible worldwide, not all products or services discussed on this Site are available to all persons or in all geographic locations or jurisdictions. Cancer Canknot and its advertisers, if any, each reserve the right to limit the provision of their products or services to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction they so desire and to limit the quantities of any products or services that they provide. GOVERNING LAW: In the event of litigation both parties agree that US federal law to the extent applicable and the laws of the State of Vermont shall apply. Both parties consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of Vermont courts for such purpose, or in the event of a federal question, the United States District Court for the District of Vermont, which courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes. Both parties expressly waive a trial by jury. You agree not to contest venue in Burlington, Vermont.
